Main Ingredients:
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into thick cubes
  • An onion cut into thin slices
  • A cucumber, cut into side slices

  • Oregano and Salt
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • Kalamata Olives
  • LIÁ extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 carobs rusks
  • Feta cheese
