We pick our pesticide-free olives by hand, just like our parents used to do, so that neither the fruit nor the tree is damaged. We take our fruit to the mill immediately to ensure the highest quality and the freshest product.
Because we consider extra virgin olive oil to be fresh juice, we exclusively use the cold pressing method at 23°C to ensure that the nutritional values and the flavour and aroma characteristics of the fruit are transferred to the oil pulp.
We store our extra virgin olive oil in our stainless steel containers under optimal conditions. We have trained and certified personnel. Both the oil press and the bottling plant are ISO22000 and ISO9001 certified.
From A-Z, we always work in harmony with nature with a view to preserving the taste and integrity of our extra virgin olive oil. Our farm is a welcoming natural habitat for many supporting species besides the olive trees, which in turn
contribute to the increase of biodiversity and help maintain the sustainability of bees and other useful insects. In addition, our farm is a friendly host to bird nests that act as natural pest control.
