Fish is always a good choice
LIÁ has a balance between bitter and pungent. It’s ideal for fresh fish!
- 4 salpe or orata or 1kg sardines
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 lemon zest
- juice from a lemon and a bunch of parsley
- LIÁ extra virgin olive oil
Heat the oven at 200°C
For salpe or orate, fill the fish with oregano, the parsley and the lemon zest.
For sardines, season on top with the ingredients above.
Oil a pan & place the fishes
You add salt and pepper and of course plenty of extra virgin olive oil mixed with the lemon juice.
Bake the fish covered for 25 minutes, uncover it and continue cooking for another 10 minutes to brown.
