Spaghetti with artichokes and shrimps
Life is a combination of Magic and Pasta !
- 7-8 artichokes
- 500gr. shrimps
- 1 small onion dry
- 1 fresh onion
- 1 lemon zest
- juice from a lemon or a bunch of parsley
- LIÁ extra virgin olive oil
Boil to al dente the spaghetti in salted water.
Add the extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and sauté the onions.
Add the capers, the shrimps and the salt.
Then put the artichokes, the lemon zest, the lemon juice and cook until the artichokes are finely done.
In the end add the spaghetti and mix.
Season with chopped parsley and…. KALI OREXI ! Enjoy your meal!
