Asparagus salad, Cherish the simple
In March and in April our olive garden is full of wild asparagus!
- juice from a lemon or a bunch of parsley
- LIÁ extra virgin olive oil Boil the asparagus - don’t use toο much water.

Serve the asparagus, add salt and LIÁ extra virgin olive oil !
Season with lemon juice.
